- How do I connect my devices? Install both apps. Open PocketDrop on your PC and scan its QR code with PocketDrop on your iPhone.
- How do I send a file? On iPhone, tap Share and choose PocketDrop. On your PC, drop the file into PocketDrop.
- Can I send large videos? Yes. Free includes 3 sends per day, up to 100 MB each, with one PC. Pro supports files up to 2 GB each, a combined 20 GB per day, and up to five PCs.
- Do my devices need the same Wi-Fi? No. Both need an internet connection. They can be on different networks, even in different places.
- Which devices work? iPhone with iOS 16 or later and a 64-bit Windows 10 or 11 PC. Mac and Android are not supported yet.
- Can I send text and links too? Yes. On your PC, press Ctrl+C twice to send copied text or a link.
- Are my files private? File contents are end-to-end encrypted. Only your paired devices can read them. See our privacy policy for the metadata we store.
- How long are files available? Every drop expires after 24 hours and is removed by the next hourly cleanup. Save files you want to keep on your device.
- Do I need a website account? No. You can download the apps and use the free plan without one.
- How do I get Pro? Open PocketDrop on your iPhone and tap Go Pro. Apple handles billing.
- How do I cancel? Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- Can I request a refund? Request one from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
